Wow, I really just let everything with my site go. My calendar still says November, I made a layout but didn't put it up, my last blog was in August... My new addiction is the Never Ending Movie Quiz on Facebook. I'm such a dork. I don't do anything with my time off any more. I'm not really sure what happened. I finally finished the Dean Koontz book I got for my birthday and am 16 pages into the last Harry Potter book. Of course I got my Christmas gifts from my parents today, and before even opening the box that contained the individually wrapped gifts, I knew I had a new Dean Koontz book. How did I know? I get a his new book every year for Christmas and for my birthday. How lucky I am that these happen to be 6 months apart and exactly when he has a new book. I'm looking forward to seeing what the new book is about. I don't even keep up with his books on his site since I know exactly when they are going to come out and that I'll have it without even asking for it. Thanks mom! =)

I'm having a hard time keeping one of the Christmas cards I received hanging on the wall. All of my other cards stay up, but this one just keeps on falling. I've replaced the tape, added an insane about of tape to keep it up, but I still wants to fall. I have 13 cards so far, and that isn't including the one from my parents, from Sean's parents, and from Sean. Plus there's the card I'm giving to Sean. I think last year I got a card from someone I work with too. I love receiving cards. I wish I had bought the one box of cards I had been looking at in the store. Maybe it will be back next year. It had an alligator on the front with a santa hat on and an ornament hanging from the end of his tail. The inside said something like "Merry Christmas from a not so wintery wonderland." I thought it was cute, but opted to go with the Snoopy and Woodstock cards. Then since my box of 18 cards turned out to be 4 shy of the amount I actually needed, I went and bought another 18-pack that's from Shoebox. The front has "Jingle Bell." with a picture of a jingle bell, "Jingle Bell." with another picture, and "Rock." with a picture of a rock. The inside says "Have a rockin' holiday." I really am a big dork..

Sean and I decided not to buy presents for each other this year. We don't really get big gifts anyway since we are always buying things, but this year we really bought a lot. I started off with us saying we were going to just get a GPS unit and that was our gift. Then he talked me into letting him buy a Blu-ray player for the living room. And since our living room tv wasn't 1080p, that also meant it was time for a new tv. We now have a Samsung 50" Slim LED Engine 1080p DLP HDTV. It is an amazing tv. This also meant that the old living room tv, a Toshiba 46" DLP, moved back onto it's stand which is located in the bedroom. Then the bedroom tv, an Ilo 27" LCD, moved into the office as our new computer monitor. Now buying the tv and blu-ray player was one thing, then right after we bought it, our computer kicked the bucket. I guess at least we ended up buying a new computer at a time when they were a little bit cheaper. Of course after seeing the specs on the one Acer Aspire tower, we couldn't settle for less even though that's all we actually needed. Then of course Circuit City stole $30 from us. I can't wait for Best Buy to open and for Circuit City to close down. Last time they pretty well stole a lot more from us on a so-called 'extended warranty plan' that did absolutely nothing. This time they charged us $30 for the firedog, and we never even bought it. I was going to go back and raise some hell about it and get my $30 back, but ended up not being able to make it back over there. If you ever want to buy anything ever, don't do it at Circuit City! The employees have no idea what they are talking about; we know more about their products than they do. They steal money from you. Plus you end up so unhappy and pissed off about your whole experience with them. I sent them an email letting them know how unhappy I was that they stole $30 from me, and I bet they don't send me anything back. A big F U goes out to Circuit City for everything they do to people. I will never buy anything from them ever again. No games, no dvds, nothing! The entire company needs to go out of business.
