Dazzling Meaning Weird

I got a lot of stuff for Christmas. Basically everything i asked for and more. I got a cd burner! yay! I didn't even ask for it, but Krisp and Darth gave it to me. It's a TDK VeloCD 52x write, 24x rewrite, and 48x read/rip. It comes with NeroExpress too. Apparently it's pretty good and easy to use. It still has to be installed, but hey, i've at least got it now. Let's see, i got Snatch, The Matrix, Lilo and Stitch, and the 1st & 2nd seasons of the Simpsons all on DVD. I also got 5 DragonBall Z keychains and 5 Trigun keychains. Yes, i asked for them. I do collect keychains and it's my two favorite animes so i thought it made sense. I also got the iflabs figure of Battle Damaged SSJ Vegeta. I'm still mad that the Goku one looks kooler. Vegeta got screwed. It's still Veggie, so it's still kool. I also got the SSJ Gohan in Piccolo clothing, Cell, Android 16, and Dr. Gero models. Cell is my favorite one out of the whole bunch. Yes, he beats Vegeta. Vegeta got screwed on the whole model situation too. He gets no pants, they screwed up his hair on the SSJ one, and his skin color doesn't match for his body and face on the normal one. Apparently Vegeta is not allowed to look right... ever. Poor Veggie. Let's see... My New Years Party was fun as always. This year it was Melissa, Melissa (yes 2 Melissas), Jenny, Becky, Stephanie, Bill, and Whitey (Kaven). Chip and Rachel were also at the party for a little while. Chip left around 11:30pm to go to another party, while Rachel left at 8 something. It was very interesting. Ping pong, darts, throwing a ping pong ball, uno, pictures, presents, and the conversations. At 5am Jenny, Melissa, Becky, and I had had a conversation about religion. lol We talked about it for at least an hour and a half, probably longer than that. Melissa and Becky think I'm going to hell for not believing in god or anything while Jenny thinks I'll go to heaven for being a good person. I don't believe in heaven or hell so it doesn't matter to me, but it's just interesting to hear what others think. It really was a very interesting conversation though. I stayed up until 6:30am cuz that's when Jenny, Melissa, and Becky left. Stephanie was the only one that stayed the night. That's alright though, everyone had reasons for leaving and they did stay for quite a while. I got maybe 5 hours of sleep at most. I then watched Lord of the Rings the Fellowship of the Ring the extended version and it was really good. The book was better, but I'll see the next two movies before I read those books. I just don't have the time or patience to read them right now. Besides, I've got my By the Light of the Moon Dean Koontz book I need to read along with some other older books of his. Bill let me borrow his DBZ game for PS2. It is fun. Not one of my favorite games, but fun and it's DBZ. My favorite character on it is Vegeta of course. Final Flash is a fun move. XD Let's see... We had snow for christmas, then it melted, then we got 4 inches of snow early Thursday morning at like 2 or 3 am. Which, the snow is still there. Um, I got some other things for christmas too... Maybe I'll add those later. I went to the dentist today. The first lady that took the xray things of my teeth said her boyfriend went to Ranken and she knew some people there. Then Dr. K. was talking to me about Ranken and we talked about how my cousin's car got stolen. Very small town... The dentist knows who my relatives are and things like that. So it was an interesting visit and they told me I had no cavities. I haven't had any in like 9 years, probably longer. Well, I got home and the receptionist for the dentist called and said she forgot to make an appointment to have cavities filled. I was confused and she checked and said that they were wrong when they told me I didn't have any. Evil dentist. I have two cavities at that. I swear... it's just wrong. It's been a while since I've blogged. Umm... not much has happened really. I got my grades like 4 days before i had to go back to school. I ended up with an A in College Composition 1, obviously an A in Math, and A's & B's in Internet & Web Based Technology (IWT). I ended up with a B+ in JavaScript and i still have no idea what i got on my exam. My schedule for this semester isn't very fun. On Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, i have IWT from 8:05-11:55. On Tuesday & Thursday i have IWT from 8:05-11:55, College Composition 2 from 12:35-1:55, and Sociology is from 2:35-3:55. I go to school from 8am until 4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I've only had to go to those classes once, and i already hate them and the schedule. I just don't like generals cuz they are pointless. I had 4 days of school last week. School was cancelled on Thursday cuz we were supposed to be getting 4-7 inches of snow Wednesday night and Thursday morning. We had snow flurries and didn't even have any snow on the ground in Illinois. Missouri did have a small amount of snow here and there, but not much at all. I didn't mind though cuz i got out of my long thursday. I just wish I didn't even have those two days... I was afraid that with my crazy schedule i wasn't going to have anyone to carpool with, but Nichole has basically the same exact schedule as me so we get to carpool every day of the week. And this girl named Emily is my IWT class and she carpools with us on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. So I only have to drive 2 days a week which is much better than 5. I finally changed the layout for my blog! yay! I even made it actually go along with the main part of my site. My bowling page is just, yeah... not important. Though I do have like 3 more graphics i could have used for that layout, but it kinda has to stay in the same setup cuz of the tables for the scores. I just bowled 6 games for a tournament thing today, so i'll have to update my bowling page soon. I can't now cuz i'm in the middle of an interesting conversation with Sean about our businesses. Don't ask... But i'm already distracted from it by blogging, but i just couldn't put this off any longer. I actually burned another custom cd! woohoo! I get weird with types of music that i put on the same cd. I still have to make one that has older music on it, and one that has anime music on it. I actually have enough old music to make that cd, but I need to find more anime and japanese music before i can make that cd. I just need to borrow my sister's cds cuz she's got probably close to 200 and i'd like to have at least half of them... if not more than that. I'll never be buying cds again... I'm just gonna be burning all of them now. I don't have any money to buy cds anyways... it all goes towards anime dvds and I still have to watch like over 10 that are up in my room that i've had for months... It's sad, i know, but i have other things i would rather do at the moment than watch anime. Archives
