Dazzling Meaning Weird

Let's see ... I know of two more guys from Ranken that like DragonBall Z. I swear that everyone's fave character is Goku though. A few of people in my computer class like the Vegeta wallpaper that I have on my computer. XD Too bad I can't really talk about anime with anyone at school cuz all they say is a few shows they like and that's it. They don't actually want to talk about it. The only person is Anthony and I don't ever see him. Oh well ... I don't need to make friends ... lol Last week in IWT, we worked with Photoshop 6. I actually like Photoshop ... I wonder how much it actually costs cuz I don't get to keep it when I graduate. I got a 94% (A) on my Photoshop test! I only missed 3 questions! WOOHOO! Then for the hands on we had to make some graphic advertisement and I got a 98% on that! My best test so far in that class! I got an A on both parts of the test! YAY! I'm so happy. This week in IWT, we're working with Photoshop animation and Flash. I hate it! ARGH! I thought I'd like doing animations, but I can't stand them! I can't get mine to turn out right or work at all in Flash. I have a test over it on Friday and I'm hoping I figure out animations cuz I'm gonna have to do them for the test. sigh So much for bringing my grade up with the last test... On the bright side.... We're starting HTML coding next! WOOHOO! If I don't do good on that, then I don't belong with computers. Having learned HTML on my own is going to pay off soon. XD I was over at my friend Candice's b-day party Friday night. This guy name Jeff, who is the drummer for the band The Fifth Element, was there. He's got an awesome car! It's all supped up and has a DVD player and PS2 in it. I got to go for a ride in it too. It must be nice having that much money and being in a band. I saw Red Dragon with Jennyfer on Saturday night. It's a lot better than Hannibal. I jumped at one part in the beginning. My friends said they jumped too, so it isn't just all me. Then on Sunday I hung out with Melissa & Becky and we just talked. We were going to go bike riding and stuff but it rained and was chilly outside. Oh well, we'll just have to go some other time. My parents are leaving Thursday morning and not coming back until probably Monday. A friend of theirs is getting married. I really want to go, but I can't miss school especially with a test on Friday. I wonder how the guy's son John is doing... I remember hanging out with him when him and his dad would visit in the summer a few years back. I think the last time I saw him was when I was like 12 or so. He was cute when he was younger too so I wonder what he looks like now. I went to Brett's party tonight. It was his 24th b-day. He apparently had 2 half-barrels and his party wasn't large at all. He was telling people to go back tomorrow around noon. lol I didn't drink any beer. My sis brought me some Bacardi Silver though and I had one while I was at the party and I'm drinking one now. Melissa tried one at the party and liked it but doesn't drink much at all so she only had maybe half. I'm not a drinker either, but I will drink like one or two bacardis just cuz there isn't quite that much alcohol in them and they actually taste good. Plus it's not very often at all that I drink. I forgot to hit the timer button on my vcr last week and missed taping InuYasha. I've missed 2 of like 4 episodes now. I did tape it tonight and plan on watching that as soon as I'm done with the computer. I'm really pissed cuz I missed taping Will & Grace this past Thursday cuz my tape ran out. I got all of Friends taped and it sucked basically and I missed a really good episode of Will & Grace. I hate it when I miss my shows cuz I don't really watch that many and they are only on once a week. Plus then I don't know what's going on and stuff. I finally learned how to use flash and stuff. I think I did really well on my IWT test that I had Friday too. For the hands-on we had to make a Flash intro for a company. We has a choice out of like 5 and I choose to do petsmart. I'm sure I'll get a good grade on it. I'm not too sure about the actual test though cuz it had a few questions about using sound in Flash and we only talked about it in class for like 5 mintues. I can't believe my teacher did that. This is why I don't like him. He doesn't go over stuff, it's not in the slide shows, and we don't have a damn book so how the hell are we supposed to know it for the test? Damn teacher. There were probably at least 4 questions out of 25 on sound alone. Now for the good part of college ... I got a 100% on my last math test and had bonus points so I ended up with 106%. My tests have been a 102, 104, & 106. Those are the only grades I've got too. I'm doing great in there. I've got a B in English and the last assessment test sucked and I ended up with a C on that. I should have like a B+ in IWT now cuz I've been doing good on stuff lately and we're gonna be starting HTML this coming week. I know just about all of the coding that is in the book we have for that. I don't use the other stuff so I'm gonna have to learn that. Well I ended up getting like an 88% on my actual test part for Flash & animation but I did get a 94% (A) on my hands-on part. I'm gonna do grade request tomorrow so I know how I'm doing in IWT. We just started Markup this week and did some very basic coding today. I'm gonna have to start getting used to indenting all of my codes. Good thing I already capitalize my tags otherwise I'd really be annoyed. Indenting is a pain to do though cuz I'm just so used to hitting enter and going on with the next line. Now I have to repeatedly go back and indent which really sucks when I don't have an actual mouse for my laptop. I've only got the little purple thingie to shift and the censor board. I hope we didn't get rid of our old mouse when we got the laser light mouse. So I was watching DBZ today and Majin Buu in his second form reminds me of someone. The face looks so familiar but I just can't place it. I really don't know if it reminds me of an actual person or an anime character or what... I think he looks somewhat creepy in this form and I can't wait for the really creepy looking one. It's weird how he always pops his neck cuz I do that. Like I'm sitting here now and I've popped my neck a few times already. The whole face thing is getting frustrating though! ARGH! I just can't place it... I think I know what the theme for my blog layout is going to be. It's gonna be a 'pretty boy' band. Not a boy band. No, no... pretty boys that wear make-up. drool Er.... cough Yeah ... anyways I've got a picture in mind at the moment but I've got to find it again. I've loved the band forever and I'm waiting for them to come out with another cd. I wonder how long it'll be... I've figured out what I'm going to do with my hair. I've got it dyed a golden blonde at the moment. However I've got medium brown hair and have now got about 3 inch roots... I just couldn't figure out what I wanted to do. I was so tempted to just run to WalMart and get some dye and just dye it tonight ... but I REALLY need my hair cut and figure getting it dyed at an actual salon would be better. I've gonna dye it a light brown. Oh it's going to be so weird cuz I've grown fond of the golden color. I just need to make a hair appointment... I finished watching Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 and it was... interesting. I really like the show, but the ending was just... interesting. I could have done without the visuals on the last episode, but I guess it wasn't all that bad since it was really only the one episode. My grandma is already asking what everyone wants for christmas and the only thing I want and can think of is anime DVDs. Of course I'd have to go buy them, give them to my mom, then have my mom give them to my gma to give to me. lol That's how that works... Otherwise I'll end up with another present like the play Cats on video... I will never ever watch it! Anime is very good though! XD My cousin bought the entire DragonBall, DragonBall Z, & DragonBall GT series, & all movies plus some anniversary movies all on DVD on Ebay for $70!!!!! I still can't get over it. If he's really getting all of that.... OMG! I'll so be in heaven cuz then I'll be able to watch everything! Plus I think it is the Japanese version cuz of the way the DVDs were.... I think I'll die when it all comes in. He's letting me borrow everything once he's watched it. I don't even know what time I fell asleep last night. I know it wasn't that late. I was laying the wrong way on my bed, with my normal clothes on & a jacket, with my remote by my head and a bag of chips. My mom said she turned my light off around 5:30am. I woke up around 6:30am and was so confused. I was laying the wrong way with my normal clothes on and a bag of chips by my head. So I got up and changed and actually went to bed. It was so weird cuz that's what time I normally leave during the week and it was semi-light outside. I didn't actually get up until 2pm today... I kept waking up and stuff, but I was tired and making up for lack of sleep during the week. I went and bought a pumpkin for halloween earlier. I drew a Goku outline for my pumpkin last year and never got around to carving it. I've still got the drawing, and I should do it this year. If not this year, then definitely next year. lol My mom doesn't think it'll work, but I'm sure it should. It's just gonna be really hard to carve. I'm not sure I'll be able to carve it right. I will get it eventually. I know I will. Tonight is homecoming for my old high school. I'm not going to the ceremony. I'm going out with Jennyfer tonight and Whitey wanted to go with us, but he's not even home yet and it's about 6:30 now. Like I said, it's hard to type when talking on the phone. I can't pay attention and type something completely different at the same time. So, I'm going to the mall tonight to walk around and possibly look for guys... I know we're going out to eat at Dennys and then I'm not sure what else we're doing. We may go see a movie or something. We aren't sure yet. Jennyfer is gonna be at my house around 7pm though so I guess I should get off of the computer and find another pair of pants cuz I don't really like the ones I have on now. I've got my DBZ long-sleeved shirt on though. YAY! It's cold enough to wear it again! XD And my VCR is set to tape InuYasha tonight. I'm prepared! Alright, first school... I got a 100% on the HTML test I took & 100% on the hands-on part too. lol The hands-on was only using the PRE tag and doing numbered and bulleted lists. I'm so happy I learned HTML on my own cuz I think I'd be lost in my class about now. We're doing a chapter on tables now. Yeah, I'd be lost... Oh! I did a grade request for IWT (computers) and my grade, excluding the quiz I took today and the homework I just turned in, is a 95.5%!!! WOOHOO! I've got an A!!! I do so much better with coding and graphics than with the history of the internet & networking! I'm really worried about my english class. It's online so I have to send all of my homework through email. Well, I do my work, but there's a problem if my teacher doesn't receive my emails. I think two of my assignments didn't make it to her. There is no way I can handle getting two zeros just because my emails don't send! I sent my last assignment using my mail accout for english and one of my icq accounts. My teacher responded to the icq one. If she hasn't gotten my other two assignments, I'm gonna be really pissed off. Damn online class. I never want to have one again! It's too stressful! I went shopping today... I bought volume one on DVD for X, and the 1st & 2nd DVDs for Knight Hunters which is actually Weiss Kruez (I know I had to have spelled that wrong). The guy that works at the store recognizes me now... lol He doesn't ask if I need help anymore and just lets me look through all of the anime. XD It's nice wearing my Ranken clothes to the mall cuz the survey people don't bother me. MWAHAHA! XP Ranken clothes actually come in handy! Just downloaded the Eminem song. I really want to see the movie too. Ok... anyways... I had a fun weekend. Friday night I went to over to Melissa's house for her surprise birthday party. It was nice seeing all of my friends at once again. We just sat around and talked that was enough. I think I left around 1:30 am or so. I honestly have no idea. Saturday night was my cousin Bill's 'pool' party. I can be alright when playing pool, but I've only played at the most 10 times in my life so I'm not good at all. I did win like 3 games though. Two of them were 3 person games where you had to hit in the other player's numbered balls. The only reason I won the actual game of pool I was playing was cuz Bill accidentally hit the 8 ball in. lol That was the only way I was winning. I stayed over at Bill's until about 2:30am. That's without the time change though. Then I thought I had a bunch of assignments for my computer class due on Monday so I stayed up until 12:30am on Sunday trying to get it all done. Turns out it's due tomorrow. I went over to Bill's again on Sunday and played video games. Super Mario Kart on SNES is so much fun! XD I think I'm gonna buy a used SNES and games. Krisp took her SNES with her so I can't play it any more. Plus some of the games for it were mine and I'd like to play the one Mickey Mouse one I have. I had to have my picture taken for my ID card for Ranken. I'm not sure, but I think we might have to have it clipped onto our shirts. I was pissed when I found out we were getting pictures done today. However, I got my card and it turned out really good. I like it more than my driver's lisence, military ID, and high school ID pictures. I'll have to scan it sometime. I need to figure out what anime I want to order for my christmas present. I was thinking Gravitation... but if I'm going to be getting the present from my grandparents I figure I should have something that will for sure have a normal case with no weird pictures. Plus I don't know what certain shows are about so I don't want family giving me stuff I'd rather not get from family. I just can't forget the Ghost in the Shell incident... Archives
